IEEM will use 700 million weights in a year

Historically, the state administrations have been generous with the expenses to pay for the democracy and in this type of investments the Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico (IEEM) has exerted amounts 50 times superiors, in average, to the destined one to the productive sectors; and although 2010 will not be year of elections, the pretensions of the General Council imply 700 million.
